Routerboard 230 kit seems interesting. We still have not HCL for Turbocell... But i know, that RTL8139 NICs are supported. So i am worry, that NIC (NSC DP83816 based) will be not compatible with Turbocell. Then is necessary that, these NICs is possible to disable in Bios. May be there is some MiniPCI RTL8139 NICs at market. >I don't know if you can boot Karlnet software on it or not If You want sell these boards, You need try it.
