[Karlnet] bandwidth management not working

I have a Base Station running Karlnet 4.15 ( Last Lucent firmware on AP1000). I 
have rg1000 and windows clients, the problem is that the bandwidht management 
feature is not working on the windows clients...the rg1000 are limiting the 
bandwidht ok. 
Will this be corrected if I upgrade to latest Karlnet firmware? Any advice?
