I am assuming someone already told him about LOGCONV (comes as
LOGCONV.ZIP) by KA5WSS. It will convert all over the place and is
Windows based. You just select the files FROM and TO SAVE AS name and
file type. Deleted the original post but never saw this sent to the
whole list yet.

Ed can you export from NA a ASCII (test) file ? Now you may have to alter
the positions of some fields (I'm not a NA user). Then use R2B to change to
BIN file.
