ICOM radios don't tell CT whether the SPLIT button is pressed or not.  So
no, it can't automatically fill in the QSX XXXX frequency, since it never
thinks you're split.  This is busted on the IC781 as well.

Another reason I like using the TS940 as the multiplier/spotting radio.
