i am a user of ct and na version 8.x and i am
considering upgrading to version 9...but i have a
question as to how ct handles antenna control.
i understand that a control box is involved and
that a LPT port is used. is the interface the
same as NA's? this interface is just like that
used to control an external DVP, except more
transistors. i'm hoping that the controller i
built up for NA would work with CT as well.
it appears that this feature is activated
through the use of the -ac switch, but i have no
info as to what lines are keyed and which LPT is
selected (1 or 2).
also...does version 9 have a paddle input for cw
for keying w/o an external keyer? has the lower
speed limit of the ct keyer been lower?
