BOTH show NL as NS.
ALT-Z only toggles the Prov. Window ON, but will not toggle it off.
ALT-M toggles the Prov. Window ON/OFF
ALT-M toggles OFF the Prov. Window toggled ON by ALT-Z

VE7RAC, BC = Not Displayed on Map
