The updated country files for CT/NA/TR are updated on the CT web site:

You can also get them via E-mail:

I E-mailed the update to Dave, K8CC, it should be up on the
http://www.contesting.com/datom/ site shortly.

Here are the release notes:

27 October 1998 (CTY-803)

        o Fixed Canadian prefix problems in CQWW.CTY and COUNTRY.DAT.
        o Added BQ and BW to prefix list for Taiwan, BV.
        o Added B1Z and B7K to callsign list for China, BY.
        o Added AL7L, KH0R and NP4IW to callsign list for United
          States, K.
        o Added NA8V in Zone 5 to callsign list for United States, K.
        o Added XO7X in Zone 3 to callsign list for Canada, VE.
