they are two major bugs (or features):
1. it is not possible to give real raports. (all contests)
2. in VHF contest: only 4 letter locator is allowed. In EU full size
locator (i.e. 6 for VHF, 8 for high microwaves) are mandatory. You
should implement at least 6 letter locator.
