[ct-user] CW Keying with CT9-40 and IC-781

I am trying to upgrade from CT9.26 to CT9.40 and cannot get
my IC-781 to key on CW.  I am using the parallel port to key
it and it works fine in 9.26.  Was there a change to the
keying pin-outs between 9.26 and 9.40?  In the RELEASE9.TXT
file I see several mentions of the LPT keying "fixes", but
no detail to tell me what was done.
