[ct-user] CT.CFG doesn't like baud rate of 57600 ??

I ran across problem setting up my father's Orion this weekend.  Used CTWIN
10.02.008

I set up RADIO1 as follows:

    RADIO1:   Orion,COM1,57600

When I started CT with a new log and went into the port setup, the baud rate
was set to 38400, not 57600.

I can't imagine no one has seen this problem before.
