My 9.10 version CT.EXE with the "set CTPATH=C:\CT" and
"PATH C:\DOS;C:WINDOWS;C:\CT; (etc)" in the autoexec.bat file,
finds all the necessary .DAT files and CT.HLP etc,
when CT is run in another directory. (c:\ctlogs on mine).
With C:\CT\CT9.EXE (version 9.30) is started in the usual
place (C:\ctlogs), it starts ok but never finds
the .DAT files or the CT.hlp file. It is necessary to run CT9
in the C:\CT directory to find the .DAT files.
It didn't help by renaming CT9.EXE to CT.EXE either.
Hmmmm, why is that? By the way, the register.exe didn't
make the CT9.EXE a registered version either, I tried it.
Anyone having the same problem?
Currently, I plan to still run my old "Registered" version.
