Good day, all:
I spent a couple of hours trying to get WintelnetX working with a
CT network yesterday and a REAL TNC. I was able to get the
TNC working with CT running on that computer. However, I would
like to be able to get the WintelnetX configuration working. That
way, I can easily add Internet access in the future.
Has anyone gotten this to work? Can you send me an "ini" file?
The CTE connection APPEARED to work, at least I saw messasges
I believe to be time synchronization appearing on the WintelnetX
console.
Every attempt to communicate with the TNC from the WintelnetX
console let to extra "|A" characters attached to the commands.
Communication with the TNC from other computers on the CT
network did not work at all. I see the "CMD:" prompt from the
TNC in the console. I did eventually add the "CONV/r" responses
to the "Script" files, but that didn't make any difference.
The TNC is a PK-88. I did eventually figure out that it was being
left in "HOST" mode by another program and fixed that. I have
it working with CT (under DOS) on that computer and feeding spots
on the network, but I would like to get it working with Windows
and Wintelnetx.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Mark, KD4D
