I guess I'm a dummie. What kind of computer are you referring to that doesn't 
have a parallel port?

  years.  The LPT port keying seems excellent to me.  Running XP-Home 
  on a Dell 2.8 MHz P4.

  However, at N3RS, we are relegated to CT-DOS, to enable us to use the 
  DVPs that we have for each station in our Multi-op setup.  It sure 
  would be nice for Ken to take Dave up on his offer of the software 
  headstart on a sound card interface for CT.  Hint, hint.
