[ct-user] 9.39 on older bin files

Wanted to see last years ARRL file. Ran the bin file on 9.39, and the screen
went to   the last QSO entered. Then the computer locked up. Tried on
another computer also using 9.39, same results. Somebody else try this, I
would like to see if they have the same problem. Luckily, I have an older
9.37 version on another computer.
