[CQ-Contest] Hours of Operation in the WPX

I thought the message put forth by Lew, W7EW, has tremendous logic
and great common sense.  I would really like to see the hours changed
in the WPX contest to a time of 24 hours.  That really would make it
more of a challenge to everyone to sharpen and display their skills.

I wish I were as lucid and cogent as Lew but I'm not.  Thank you, Lew,
for putting forth a great argument FOR a reduced amount of operating
time.
