[CQ-Contest] Cut Numbers

they send you "A" for a 1 then it should be logged as "A".  Then the logging
programs will all have to be modified.  Then the contest committees will have
one hell of a time checking logs.  Then it might be all over and we can return
to Morse Code.    I also feel that whatever time they think they are saving is
overall used up and more by NR? from the multitudes.
