There are lots of computers in my immediate area…..maybe not as many as an EOC. 
I have no problems with noise from them, from local generators or from solar 
panels.

They are easy and inexpensive to build. Try one to see if it works for you. 
It’s your best option, so it’s worth the effort,

Your next best option is a fan dipole and I wouldn’t wish one of those on 
anyone. 😡
