Hi for all
Because i am LY0HQ team leader have also my position about D1. For this
moment is just pirate and adding D1HQ to team list is not good idea. So
LY0HQ no work any QSO's with D1 prefix in IARU 2017 if some one will be
lodged its will be removed after the contest. This is position what we not
aprove this operation and make this contest posible for all pirates.
