The best out there is make it yourself.  It's a dipole!

Since I moved to a condo and downsized, I have a multiband dipole on my
balcony.  One feedline (LMR240), half waves on 40, 20 and 10 (no room for
80), and the 40m 1/2 wave works on 15.  You could certainly have 80 on it
