QST Contest Coverage

I wouldn't go so far as to eliminate all contest results in QST, but reducing 
the coverage to just a summary of the top scores would probably be a better
compromise.  This would reduce the number of pages to something on the order
of 1-2 pages and would have a pointer to the detail in the NCJ for those 
thirsting for the full details.
