[CQ-Contest] Stew Perry Rules

Am I correct in my reading of the rules for the Stew Perry contest that:

1) There is no Single Operator Assisted category.  Said differently a single op 
station cannot use spotting aids such as the DX cluster or a CW skimmer?
2) If one operates as Multioperator then one can use a skimmer, but not the DX 
cluster.
