Maybe the most important reason to keep K8KHZ is that it gives you a "hook" to remember it by, like K7RAT and any number of others. Associations of this sort are often taught as a means of improving your memory, so doesn't it make sense that call signs that come with their associations built in will be more memorable? 73, Pete N4ZR (the Enforcer -- not) |
