I'm not aware of any minimum speed, but suspect that at slow speeds,
hand-sent CW may vary from the ideal often enough so that Skimmer will
get confused. Joe, if you want to experiment and have the means for
sending computer-generated 10 WPM CW (stored messages with perfect word
and character spacing), try that and see if you continue not to get
spotted. I'd appreciate knowing. I'd do it myself but my keyer died
and I'm waiting for a replacement.

Do the RBN sites have a min speed to be detected ummm thing?
I'm getting ready for the Slow Speed Open.
I CQed for close to ten minutes at 10 WPM, and not a single RBN
grabbed me.
But at 15 Wpm a few like six grabbed me.
At my usual contesting speed 25/30 wpm, the browser was totally filled.
It seems to like faster speeds.
But at 10 wpm not a single decode.
