I seem to have stirred up a real nest of hornets with this question.
I've decided to just send things back as I get them. I don't think the cost
will be prohibitive. If it does, I'll deal with it then.
Thanks for all you comments. This was a most informative. The comments
ranged from "Don't be a cheap twit" to "If they really wanted a card, they
would have sent a sase, so round file the card".
