Briefly rules are the following:
Time: 12.00 UTC - 12.00 UTC.
Bands: 1.8 - 28 MHz.
Mode: CW, SSB.
Entry: SOAB- CW, SSB or Mixed; SOSB- Mixed; MOMB- single TX- Mixed.
Exchange: RS(T) + QSO Nr., Russians sends RS(T) + two-letter 'oblast' code.
Points: Russians- 10,
own country- 2,
own continent- 3,
another continent- 5.
Multipliers: number of DXCC countries + number of 'oblasts' on each band.
Score: sum of points times sum of multipliers.
Log: Separate for each band (i.e. following IARU standard).
Computer disks with N6TR.dat or K1EA.bin files would be
appreciated.
