[CQ-Contest] NEQP 2011 results are available

Results from the 2011 New England QSO Party have been posted at www.neqp.org

Certificates will be mailed out during the next week and plaques shortly 
afterwards.

We're working hard to make sure there is good activity again this year - May 
5-6 - and with all 67 counties on the air again.
