I would think the easiest way would be to set up your own RF cluster node.
DXSpider is free.  See http://www.dxcluster.org/.  Of course, a dedicated
computer, radio, TNC and antenna are required.

Mike, W1NR sysop for dx.w1nr.net DXSpider cluster node who STILL has a
number of RF users!

Was looking for some way to setup a system so as to port the internet DX
Cluster spots over to my local RF packet system? I spend most of my time out
in my car and operate whenever possible from the car.

Any advice/help would be great!

And no there isn't a RF based dxcluster within range of my area without the
use of a 100+ watt packet station. We used to have a digi/node to
Pittsburgh,PA but it long since disappeared with the advent of the internet.
