So is T ok to use as a cut number for 0, or not?  It seems especially common to 
use with leading zeros.  I have a tendency to use it for low serial numbers, 
especially below 10, because sometimes starting with a 8 or 9 is unexpected to 
hear nothing else afterwards, especially if it is later in the contest.

The CWT contest exchange includes the CWOP membership number.
It can be up to 4 digits, so there are a bunch of 9's, 1's and zeroes.
You can imagine the rest...
