With all due respect... let's not.
Look, the reality is that we have some miscreants who for whatever reason are
out to create mischief. Some are mad because "their" bands (subbands/band
segments) are "full" of contesters. Some are pranksters. Some are unhappy
that the cluster network is full of contest calls... and never mind who
originally built the clusters and why. And some are just... ahem, some
metaphorically or actually resemble a particular part of the human anatomy
where the sun normally doesn't shine on.
And I don't like it any more than the next operator.
But with all due respect, let's not go overboard and over-react. Bluntly,
unless one can somehow actually catch them in the act and leave them without
plausible deniability, the miscreants will deny all and claim that they're
being targeted, just because they're not mainstream. Taking hard core or
extreme actions to try and catch them will just make life tougher on the rest
of us... and most of these turdkeys will find a way to slip through the cracks
anyway.
The best course of action, which I think we all know, is... ignore them. If
they believe their actions are ineffective, they'll find something else to do.
But if they think they've provoked a reaction from some, they will continue to
do what they're doing and escalate it further.
IMHO, using AI in it's current state to try and catch these is overkill.
Ignore them.
