[CQ-Contest] Selective calling

Years ago VY1CW wrote a letter to NCJ where he mentioned hearing lots of guys 
in Sweepstakes the previous weekend calling "CQ VE8" or "CQ SS looking for 
VE8."  He kept tuning....he wasn't a VE8.  He was a VY1.

In most cases it's probably best to just call "CQ Contest."
