It is no copy in Central Vermont.  That would be consistent with it being in 
Central to Southern NH, ME, Mass, RI, CT and the Eastern half of NY but not 
Albany, Schenectedy, Plattsburg (or I'd likely hear it).  Also not likely in 
Southern Quebec.
