I just read this article: http://www.radio-sport.net/hk_ra3co2.htm Is this official? I mean the DQ... Does it mean that every station operating from a DX location (especially guest ops) and making it into the top ten will now need to submit a proof of licensing to the CQ WW Contest committee?
