Or if I were running HP I could sign /QRP if I wanted to. Adding QRP doesn't help anything--anyone can do it. 73 Tom W7WHY I think signing /QRP is rather silly and counterproductive in general during a contest. It does not benefit either operator and complicates the exchange.
