I think they ought to make a new rule... ALL qso's must be confirmed by double blind log submission and must match exactly in the logs... So not only require no publishing of the logs, but ONLY accept matches by the LOTW criteria! This will stop the obvious corruption of the DXCC award's integrity by those qsl managers who will qsl for 'one off' calls in the logs!!! If they are going to do this, they might as well do it right and take all the possible routes for cheating out of the system!
