Funny thing about the subject line of this... Even the architects of the so-called 'band plan' admit there's no enforcement opportunity, and even recommend tossing it aside during times of heavy activity, when the activity is greater than the band plan was designed to accommodate. Whenever the subject of contesting interference to non-contesters is raised, the predominant argument is that it only affects the odd weekend per mode. Can we not eat the advice we feed others?
