I got several requests this past week so here is the status:
The 1996 plaques have all been done and have been mailed. I know of two
that need modification and will get to those shortly.
The 1997 certificates have not gone out as the XYL does not want me to pay
for the mailing out of my pocket again. I asked CQ for some monies, but
they still want me to fold the certificates, put them in envelopes and they
will mail them out. I am against folding certificates plus I believe DX
certificates needs to be mailed printed matter air not surface. Stay tuned.
