I would not put more than 200 to 300 watts through it. The vacuum relay (
the alc circuit and the normally open contact of the input relay) are the
only thing in the patch of the input RF when the amp IS NOT Keyed.
Why do you ask?

Put the band switch on 10 meters and tune it up. As I remember, there is no
self resonance of the plate choke on any of the WARC or standard bands.
Have you tried it?
