[Amps] SB220 Help

Hi Folks-
Has anybody here ever added the QSK modification published in the 90's by
Rich Measures
successfully and willing to give a little technical help with it?

I have a pretty good grasp of everything about it EXCEPT for one item in
the cathode bias supply circuit.
