There's no need for a house wiring neutral in a 115/230 V amplifier running on 230V. That's how my homebrew 6 m amp is coming along. 115V Blower is on one of the HV transformer 115V primaries. The 115V filament transformer primary on the other HV transformer 115V primary. The HV transformer primaries are in series for 230V.
