quick question, where can I find info about the actual winding of a
plate inductor.
I know copper, silver plated, all that good stuff to use but I haven't run
across (other than winding and measuring)
any "magic formula" for winding different coil sizes..
when I figure out what I need for a specific inductance on a band, how do I
know what to wind?
looked in orr's handbook and the ARRL handbook, not much in there, plus some
web surfing...nothing.
help always appreciated.
