Actually on most of the reflectors to which I subscribe you simply reply
to the reflectors with "Unsubscribe" somewhere in the subject line and
the system automatically does it. "I think" the contesting.com groups
are the only ones I know of that don't do it that way. Undoubtedly there
are many many groups of which I am not aware. OTOH the link is there,
but no directions.
