A complete data sheet on the tube is on my web site - see

At UHF, it needs to be lower than 6V. At 432MHz it should be 5.5V.

375V is a bit high on the screen too I *think*.

Check the actual Eimac data sheet, not what you see quoted here, 
someone's web page, how Heathkit did it etc.

1700-2000V sounds fine, but again check the data sheet.

You also need a grid bias supply in case you were not aware of it. 
Something around -55V seems to ring a bell, but again, check the data 
sheet.
