Hi, you are lucky guys in the US and other parts of the world . You dont have a "BEMFV" (Order on the procedure for providing proof as regards limiting exposure to electromagnetic fields), which is some sort of law we have here in Germany and other european countries (e.g. Switzerland). You are not allowed to operate with power greater than 10Watts EIRP if you did not send a detailed statement and drawings of antenna installations and of your neighbourhood (controlled area - uncontrolled area etc.) to the REGTP (like FCC). You should have done all calculations and keep it at your station. There are software packages (e.g. WATT32 - for DARC Members ) for these calculations. Unfortunately there is no english version of the so-called "BEMFV". You really missed something :-). If you live in a city apartment there is no chance for normal 100watts or higher.
