These are LDMOS FETs in the sub-100 watt power range. I'm looking for any published amplifier designs or projects (I was given a few of the parts and want to see if they were ever used in any projects within the ham community.) The datasheets have some VHF and UHF designs, but want to see if anyone ever used these in a ham-specific project.
