[AMPS] Power Supply Cap Suitability

I have used these on different  occasions and they perform well.  I used
them in a 3200 volt 1 amp supply.  I also use them in a voltage doubler
6 kV  1 amp supply where I put two of their capacitors in series.

Just make sure you ground the outside case for safety and to minimize
noise.
