[AMPS] SB-1000 Corona washer

Hi,

I've asked this before, but I suspect everyone thought someone else had answered
this, so I still want to know:

The later SB-1000's included a corona washer somewhere around the 160-meter 
padding
capacitor in the tank circuit to reduce the potential gradient on the bandswitch
contact (or something).  How big is this washer, what is it made of, and exactly
where is it placed?
