WELL RICH UR RIGHT HE MIGHT HAVE BEEN "TELLING A FIB" MY FIRST THOUGHT WAS AT 
5KV 50 MILLS OF IDLE CURRENT WOULD ACCOUNT FOR THE 250 WATTS OF PLT
