I use many 4-250A's in my amp building. And I would strongly advise against
tilting them. I lost two of them by trying to use them horizontal mounted.
You going to put them into a console, how will you cool them? In my
experience they run quite hot and need plenty of air movement to ensure long
life.
I have one amp here with four (4) of them running. That was quite an
exercise getting them to behave, I am sure Richard would like that
explanation, but that is for another post.
