Transformer Rewinding Service, Heyboer Transformer, Magnespec Inc, are a few
places that will build you a new transformer if you want.
Hold onto your wallet though, as the material prices have driven the cost of
any sizeable item sky high.
When I was looking to possibly replace the 1214 transformer in my Henry 3K
Classic Mark 2 back in 2009, the quote was ~$600-$700 plus shipping for a new
one, and not much less to have the old one redone.
You might email Gary at TRS and see what kind of quote he offers to rebuild
your old one.
In my case, the arc was on the outside of the windings and a local motor shop
was able to clean and reinsulate the offending area and then redip/bake it.
Might that be a possibility in your case?
