Id love to fire up a 2000T on AM! I even have a suitable PS and mod xfmr for
it. Even a couple of 750's or 1000T's would do(-;
When I was stationed at NAS Olathe 1960-61 the K0NAB club station had a
surplus amp with 1500T's in the final and PP 1000T's for modulators. When
the QRM got bad or the Slopbucketeers were trying to jam our phone patches
we used the regular 32V2/BC-610 setup as a driver. With a 6el Telrex at 90'
it cleared some mighty big holes!
